Because to keep the charade going they cannot put anyone responsible for the theft of the election in jail. Doing so would defeat the mantra of "the election wasn't stolen". The first person put in jail blows up the balloon. It's why the Supremes didn't take Kari Lake's case with all its documentation and no other court has taken any of the cases.
